🕐 Pre-Orders – How They Work

Thank you for choosing to shop with us! Here's everything you need to know about how our pre-order system works:

🚚 When will my pre-order arrive?

All pre-orders are expedited shipments expected to land in our warehouse in 14 working days. We try our best to expedite this shipping period, on average its between 10 and 18 days.

Once they arrive, we dispatch them immediately, and you’ll receive a tracking notification as soon as your item is on the way to you.

📦 Why are these items on pre-order?

We’re currently receiving high demand for these products. While our full restocks can take 6–8 weeks, we’ve arranged smaller, faster shipments specifically for pre-orders.

This allows us to:

  • Secure your item before it sells out

  • Bypass the usual restock timeline

  • Offer faster delivery than waiting for general stock

📦 What if my order includes pre-order and in-stock items?

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we will wait until the pre-order items arrive before shipping your full order in one parcel.

If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for them.

📧 What happens after I order?

You’ll receive an instant confirmation email after checkout.

When your items land in our warehouse (approx. 14 working days), we’ll dispatch them immediately and send you a tracking link via Courier Guy.

If anything changes in the timeline, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
