Clearance sale items are final sale, and no exchanges/refunds are allowed.
Our return policy is a guideline. We encourage a customer centric approach where we deal with each query individually, keeping the interest of the customer in mind.
Each garment we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the slight case that you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace it or refund the cost (in store credit) as long as it has been returned within 30 days of purchase.
No exchanges/returns will be accepted if:
- Clearance sale item - no returns allowed
- Item has been worn/washed
- Item is not in original packaging with tags
Anything extending beyond this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use, accidental damage or misuse is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Please note the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- For hygiene reasons, underwear may not be returned or exchanged.
- Gift vouchers will not be refunded.
We only process a refund once good are received by our DC and evaluated.
Transaction processing time:
- Gift voucher: Within 1 day (during work hours)
- Ozow & EFT: Normally 5 days.
- Payfast account: Normally takes a max of 10 days (due to bank card delays)
