Returns Policy


Final sale items are final sale, and no exchanges/refunds are allowed.

Our return policy is a guideline. We encourage a customer centric approach where we deal with each query individually, keeping the interest of the customer in mind.

We allow 1 free exchange per paid order, after which there will be a shipping charge of R138 shipping for the return and re-dispatch of the new item. 

Size/product exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of receiving the order. The item must be unworn and have the original hangtags on the product.

No exchanges/returns/refunds will be accepted for:

  • Final/Clearance sale items - no returns allowed
  • Item has been worn/washed
  • Item is in Underwear, Bikini bottoms, full costumes or lingerie category- Hygiene reasons.
  • Item is not in original packaging with tags
  • Item is a gift voucher

Anything extending beyond this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use, accidental damage or misuse is not considered a manufacturing fault.

New : All refunds back to payment method has a R69 shipping cost, this will be deducted from the final refund amount

We only process a refund once good are received by our DC and evaluated.

Note that if your item does not qualify for a refund due to the following reasons, it will be returned at shipping cost (R69).

  • Item has been worn/washed
  • Item is in Underwear category
  • Item is not in original packaging with tags

Refund Transaction processing time: 

Refunds are effected the first Friday after goods are received back.

  • ​Gift voucher: Within 2 days after goods are returned (during work hours)
  • Ozow, Payfast, Zapper are done by bank transfer:  Normally 7-10 days after goods are returned.
  • PayJustNow -  Actioned via PayJustNow, normal processing time 7-10 days.
